Well, it seems I blundered on the install script for Slackware 4.0's last
elflibs.tgz -- installing the package does not really replace the bad
version of libtermcap.so.2.0.8.  The smaller patches/termcap.tgz was ok,
so if you used that one you're secure.  But for those of you who installed
the complete elflibs.tgz, I offer you this fixed package and my apologies
for not getting it right the first time.
